SNACK ATTACK: FRIED CHICKEN

Preparation Time: 1 hr.

· Chicken – ½ kg; (lesser the amount of chicken will take less amount.)

· Wash and Clean.


Ingredients & Process for Marination:

· Yoghurt/Curd- 200 gms

· Pepper: ½ teaspoon; acc. To taste.

· Soya Sauce- 1 tablespoon.

· Aginamoto – two pinches.

· Salt- to taste.

Mix it all well, and leave the Marination for at least 2 hours.

(We apply this theory for the salt to get in properly.)


METHOD:

· Take a Pan( preferably non stick or a grilling pan)

· Put 2 tablespoons of oil (olive oil/ rice bran oil/ refine oil)

· On the other hand, coat the chicken pieces with corn flour and one egg.

· Dip the chicken into the mixture of egg and corn flour and put it in the hot oil.

· Initially keep the flame on high, so that it seals the juice from flowing out.

· Then lower it down to simmer, until it cooks.
